Manchester United’s former legendary coach, Sir Alex Ferguson, is struggling for his life after receiving a stroke.
The 76-year-old legend called an ambulance to his home in Cheshire on Saturday morning at 9 am and was taken to the Macclesfield District Hospital, where he was then escorted to the Salford Royal health center with police escorts.
Manchester United issued the following statement: “Sir Alex Ferguson was urgently needed to work today after a stroke. The intervention worked well, but it was held for a while in the intensive care unit under continuous surveillance. Your family asks you to respect their privacy. ”
