It is more and more popular this summer’s delicacy, which is actually the ancestor of ice cream.
The icing candy was mostly consumed as a dessert at the end of meals, but in many places between the two main stools it was placed on the table as a gastropod.
Each house has so many names: the best-known is French sorbet, but many are called beers. The essence of fineness is that it contains only fruit or fruit purée. Sweeteners can be flavored with sugar or any sweetening agent, it can be seasoned to taste, and for a special evening a small amount of alcohol can fall into it.
But how is it done?
Ingredients for 6 servings:
50 dkg watermelon
6 leaf basil
1 dl orange juice
15 dkg porcukor
1 teaspoon salt
Mix melon with basil leaves, orange juice, sugar and salt. It is good if the sugar is already thawed and a smooth mass is obtained. This is done in a freezer for at least half an hour. In the meantime, we mix it up to make sure it does not have a splinter.
After half an hour, mix the mass again to break the ice crystals. Then we put it back in a freezer for half an hour and serve it according to taste.
