Julien’s Auctions President Martin Nolan said the auction would earn $ 800 to $ 4,000 each in garments. The relics include a gold-plated white silk dress that Franklin wore in 1997 at the presidency of Bill Clinton. She can also be bidding on a red-haired dress that she picked up in 1991 at Radio City Music Hall.
