Herbs against stress and depression

Lemon juice is used not only to reduce stress, but it is also consumed as a delicious flavor. It is used as a tea, as an essential oil for evaporators, for bathing water, but also for massage creams, as it not only tastes but also smells.

Against insomnia, important presentation and general tension, it can also be useful, and in addition, it is a great remedy for stomach problems due to nervousness, as it naturally strengthens the nervous system. This is why they are also recommended for headaches, but they should be used when pain is not overwhelmed.

In addition, it energizes our body in balance: it helps to relieve depression, anxiety, and sleep disorders, harmonizes the vegetative nervous system, relieves symptoms in the face of sensitivity to the face – the expert adds.

Making Lemongrass Tea: The smaller the doses are, the more effective it is to sedative and sleepy. 1 teaspoonful teaspoon is sprinkled with 2 dl of water, covered for 15 minutes, left to brown and then filtered. If cooked for 1-2 minutes, it will have a stronger effect. Recommended daily dose is 1 cup tea (2 dl) in the morning and evening.

Evaporation: evaporate in our home or at work lemongrass essential oil: Let’s drop 5 drops into the water-filled little pool of the aroma lamp!

Aromatic Bath: refresh yourself after a hard day with a fragrant aroma bath: dissolve 3-5 drops of lemongrass essential oil in a tablespoon of honey or cream and add it to the bath water!

In eastern medicine, it is considered to be the most antidepressant as an expectorant and an immuno-amplifier, but it has also been shown to reduce neuronal tension as it reduces the level of cortisol, that is, the “stress hormone” by the glycirconium content. Because of the increased blood pressure, it is not recommended for patients with hypertension and for those suffering from kidney problems, just like during pregnancy! It is most commonly consumed as a tea, but is now available as a capsule.
