According to Dzsejs al-Islam, the plane to be landed was fired at a height of 100 meters. The group’s action was justified by the Russian military action in East Guta.
The Russian Defense Ministry, following the crash of an An-26 drone carrying 39 soldiers, including a general, reported that the ground had not fired on the plane and the causes of the tragedy would be investigated.
