Mike Pompeo: Washington is ready for immediate talks with North Korea

Washington is ready for immediate talks with North Korea in order to redouble bilateral relations, said Mike Pompeo, head of US diplomacy, on Wednesday.

The Foreign Minister announced that he invited the North Korean Foreign Minister to meet in New York during the UN General Assembly session.
Pompeo informed the United States that North Korea had invited representatives of North Korea to a meeting with US Special Envoy Stephen Biegun. The minister said at the same time that negotiations on North Korea’s nuclear disarmament would be closed by 2021.
The United Nations Security Council (BT) will be discussing its discussion on North Korea next week by Mike Pompeo.
US President Donald Trump Wednesday morning before going to North Carolina to visit the disaster-stricken regions, praised Munz Dzse In South Korea’s President Kim Jong Un’s North Korean Leaders Summit. He voiced that he saw “fantastic progress” in discussions with North Korea.
In the afternoon, he responded to Twitter posts that the two Koreas signed a joint declaration. He called it “very exciting” that the two Koreas are jointly submitting a bid for the 2032 Olympic Games. In the microblogging post, he repeated that the remains of American soldiers who had fallen in the Korean War in North Korea would return to the United States.
