It does not recommend airlines to EASA over North Korea because of a deteriorating security situation – reports the organization’s announcement, which was issued to pilots on Tuesday.
EASA has reported that North Korea’s missile tests pose a serious threat to air traffic, as it is a long-range ground-to-earth missile that is unannounced. According to EASA, it is not recommended to travel at any flight altitude in the Phenjani information area.
The British authorities are not suggesting landing and take-off in the country for their own airline flights, the German authorities say.
