Same for every new year: let’s eat the grandmother to eat healthier and move more. Of course, the vows can not always be fully respected, but this year can be different! Pure diet diet

Eat-Clean Diet is known as a quick fat loss that lasts for a lifetime. He thinks it’s the only way to make weight loss lasting. The essence of the diet created by Tosca Reno in Canada is that of healthy, well-processed, well-prepared foods that are free from chemicals and additives, fresh, healthy, nutritious, well-prepared foods to regain our optimal form and health. In this mediterranean diet, the quality of the food is more important, although low calories are added due to the recommended doses. It benefits the quality of protein – meat, fish, seafood – vegetables and fruits, so our body gets vitamin-rich and mineral-rich food.

We must avoid all refined foods such as sugar, refined flour and foods made from them. Six times a day should be eaten in small portions and never miss a meal, especially for breakfast. Daily dose is based on body size and physical according to performance. To achieve success, each meal combines healthy fats with lean protein and complex carbohydrates. And of course we should drink 2-3 liters of water a day.
